Fifteen new Dancing With The Stars competitors were announced today — the season premiere is Sept. 21 — and I'm trying to work up some excitement. Former GOP congressman Tom DeLay? Kellie Osbourne? I can get excited about singer Macy Gray, Entourage actress Debi Mazar (maybe old friend Madonna will give her pointers), Super Bowl champion Michael Irvin, former supermodel Kathy Ireland and even svelte again Melissa Joan Hart, but Donny Osmond?
