Daniel Radcliffe to make Broadway musical debut

Meet the new Matthew Broderick. It’s just been announced that Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe will make his Broadway musical debut as J. Pierrepont Finch in a new production of How To Succeed in Business Without Really Trying in spring 2011. Among the producers on the show are Craig Zadan and Neil Meron, the team behind the current Broadway revival of Promises, Promises starring Sean Hayes and Kristin Chenoweth. How To Succeed in Business Without Really Trying will follow Radcliffe’s completion of filming Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, the final film of the largest grossing franchise in movie history that has been split into two parts. – Ann Oldenburg

One Response to Daniel Radcliffe to make Broadway musical debut

  1. Vicki Boston says:

Interesting-I was just watching the 1969 movie of BUSINESS, on dvd-this past weekend.
I got it, from my library.
I CAN see it as Harry Potter AS a Slytherin.Just a joke.
And the actor who’s playing Biggly’s nephew is a nerdy Draco Malfoy.
My college did it, a few years ago. It’s fun to watch-AND I love those songs.
Break a leg Daniel. HAIL TO OLD HOGWART!
