Justified star Timothy Olyphant, 42, is forever grateful to his wife, Alexis, for letting him pursue his acting passion. “It’s fair to say without her, my children [ages 7, 9 and 11] may still be illiterate,” Olyphant says with a laugh. “She is running things. God bless her.

Comedian Billy Gardell, who stars on the hit CBS show Mike & Molly (Mondays, 9:30 p.m. ET), wants to drop a few pounds over the summer. “Just for my knees, just to feel a little healthier,” says Gardell, 41. “I’m not worried about getting into any swimsuit competitions. Being healthy is the key.”
