About the awards in the near future…That would happen only with Sugarland (they write ALL of their albums songs) out of race and sorry but that’s not gonna happen soon.
Personally, I don’t like Thompson Square so much, but I respect your opinion… For this award my favorites are The Band Perry.
I have never been a huge promoter of any one musician or band, but when I heard Thompson Square’s album, it sent chills down my spine knowing this group would have several chart toppers if not each and every song off their first album see the charts. Their harmony and chemistry remind me of, dare I say, Loretta Lynn and Conway Twitty! A smooth conversation set to music, and how often now days can you find musician who write most of their own music?? I can’t say enough about this group, and look forward to seeing the multitude of awards they will be accepting in the near future.
