You will be pleased to know that Pinkett Smith, 39, will be returning to the role of nursing administrator Christina Hawthorne in Season 3 of the TNT hospital drama this summer. The new season starts June 14 at 10 p.m. ET/PT. Last year, the series averaged 3.7 million viewers and ranked as one of cable television’s top scripted series among women. And look out for a new member of the regular cast: singer Marc Anthony. He was introduced in Season 2 as Detective Nick Renata, who had expressed a romantic interest in Hawthorne. Grammy winner Anthony, 42, who is married to American Idol judge Jennifer Lopez, has acting credits that include Martin Scorsese’s Bringing Out the Dead and Tony Scott’s Man on Fire.

I loved the show when it first started and I agree that having Christina lose the baby and then have an affair so soon into the series was a bit much. However, I do like her with Marc Anthony than I do Tom, there’s more passion and chemistry between those two. I do miss alot of the actors from the first two seasons and wished they focused more on the patient’s storyline than what they did this season.
This has been the most disappointing season. Many of my friends and family have stopped watching due to the mess the writers have made this run. Did they have a brain fart or using crack and its killed their brain cells. For once I thought we were gonna be able to watch a good decent show. Which I agree with Da Judge. What happen…I’m mean really. I miss all the characters from the hospital and their stories, plus stories of the patients. I mean are u serious to have Christina act as she has, and all of a sudden be in love with Nick just days after her marriage and then act like shes known his mom forever and go to a bd party for her like shes one of the family, get real. Is been so mixed up and sooo disappointing!!Really someone please have the writers get a mri to ck for brain damage! Im sad… I dont think I can watch much more!
I was truly disappointed with her sleeping with Mark Anthony. I thought that Christina and Tom made a beautiful couple. Mark Anthony (Detective) needs to leave and let them heal. I really want to see Tom and Christina work out their marriage and get back together. I love how Christina’s daughter has grown in her belief in God. That truly blessed me. Please allow Tom and Christina to restore their friendship and relationship.

The series writers have done a truly remarkable job building a rare and wonderful character for Pinket Smith to portray. Probably televisions outstanding character since the “House” early days.
Who in God’s name has made the decision that she should become a spread-legged cheating whore with no ethics and no decency?

go to my bug-eyed whimp of the week and knock off a little chunk of booger!”
Please, you’ve given yourself an out. Make the cheap affair an unfortunate dream that didn’t happen. I’ll tune back in for that episode.
