Last season on the Style reality series Giuliana & Bill, the focus of Rancic, 36, and husband Bill’s reality series was their infertility struggle. The new season will confront cancer, Italian in-laws and the challenge of opening their first restaurant. “We’ve got a lot of life to live,” declares Bill Rancic, 40, a real estate developer and co-host of TV’s America Now. “My role now is to be entertainment director, to make sure every vacation day is used and really start living for today.” On their post-cancer to-do list: an Alaskan cruise, an African safari and a daytime talk show.
