Broadway Chats: James Earl Jones

“I reckon I’ll be there,” the two-time Tony winner and former Army veteran says about this year’s awards show, where he’s a nominee for best performance by an actor in a leading role in a play for Gore Vidal’s The Best Man. Says Jones, 81: “My wife loves to go out, and I don’t take her out enough. The minute she finds an opportunity, she’ll get a gown.”
