The iconic British musician, 65, was engaged to secretary Linda Woodrow in the 1960s, but John ended up calling off the wedding and alludes to that relationship in the song Someone Saved My Life Tonight. But John did marry a woman, German music engineer Renate Blauel, in 1984 — eight years after confirming that he was bisexual — and they divorced four years later. By the early ’90s, though, he had come out as gay, and in 1993, John married his partner of 12 years, David Furnish. The two have a son, 1-year-old Zachary Jackson Levon Furnish-John.
