For starters, the 33-year-old hails from Canada, so he’s at least able to stay in his home country when doing this Syfy show. (Now in its third season, Haven films in Nova Scotia, and Bryant was born in Ontario.) Bryant, who also starred in the Canadian hockey soap M.V.P., has a 4-year-old daughter with his wife, Australian actress Kirsty Hinchcliffe.
