They never actually broke up, but the members of the popular country group have been mostly on hiatus after the release of their 2006 documentary, Shut Up and Sing — although they did a summer tour with the Eagles in 2010. Two-thirds of the band — sisters Martie Maguire and Emily Robison — formed the duo Court Yard Hounds and released an album two years ago. Chicks lead singer Natalie Maines, who has two children with actor Adrian Pasdar, is working on a solo album and has said on Twitter that it will be released in March.
