You need to watch more superhero movies! Evans made a big splash in 2011 as the star-spangled Avenger in Captain America: The First Avenger and reprised the role this past summer in The Avengers. (Evans plays him again in 2014’s Captain America: The Winter Soldier.) However, the actor relishes his time doing indie movies and enjoys their breakneck pace, sometimes more than the occasional tedium of a big-budget film. “With the indies, you come home and you really feel like, ‘I made a movie today,’ ” Evans, 31, told us a few years back. “You really feel like you got your hands dirty.”
