Ackles, 34, who married actress Danneel Harris (One Tree Hill) in 2010, has made horror his home for a while. In addition to seven-plus seasons starring in Supernatural with Jared Padalecki as a pair of monster-hunting brothers, Ackles had a role in scary flicks My Bloody Valentine 3D and Devour. Before Supernatural, he was in the short-lived series Dark Angel and got his start in the late 1990s on the soap Days of Our Lives.

I almost forgot he also made a lighter movie called Ten Inch Hero. He co-starred with his wife, Danneel (they were not married at that point).
Jensen is an awesome actor and person. He also had a recurring role in Dawson’s Creek and Smallville.
