Our grandaughter has to be on a gluten free diet. Love to win this specialty cookbook!!!
MY HUSBAND WAS DIAGNOSED WITH CELIAC DISEASE RECENTLY. IT IS REALLY HARD TO FIND GOOD RECIPES. I AM PLANNING ON MAKING THE POTATO SOUP TONIGHT.
The words “gluten free” caught my eye in the article and the soup sounds delicious. I haven’t tried it yet because I am also on Weight Watchers, and the point value is high. Since I am celiac I am always eager to try new recipes and would love to win the cookbook. Will plan my day’s points carefully and make the soup to enjoy on a cold wintry night later this week.
Looking forward to trying the soup.
Recently have gone Gluten Free for health reasons. Always looking for new recipes. Can’t wait to try this one!
My two sons and I are celiac and I made this soup tonight. Very easy and tasty – great after coming home from swim lessons. I’ll make it again for sure.
For me gluten free living HAS to be a way a life – I would die otherwise – I go into anaphylactic shock when I eat something with gluten in it.
Our oldest daughter just found out she is gluten intolerant so we’re all eating gluten free to help her make the adjustment. I’m making this potato soup tonight and serving it with sandwiches made with our own gluten free rosemary bread. Hoping to win your great cook book to find more super recipes like this one! Thanks for helping us out!
Thanks for the recipe. 4 members of my family are celiac (including me). I am always looking for tasty dinners & desserts; so , I hope I win the book.

Each Sunday I enjoy reading USA Weekend. When I saw this recipe and a chance to win a gluten free cookbook, I jumped at it! I have gluten intollerence and my husband is diabetic, so gluten and especially wheat, are ‘killers’ for us. Looking forward to more interesting articles, recipes and tips.
